It's raining in Brussels

Not always fantasized, fashion can also serve as a gutter for reality.
Faced with climatic mood swings, it strives to make
rain sexy. To adorn with glamour the weather against which we can do nothing,
but which everyone complains about. Long relegated to meteorological
obligation, "rainwear" becomes an object of fashion desire. A subject
to which one cannot remain impermeable.
