New York Fashion Week: The Pantone Palette for Spring/Summer 2026
At New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2026, individual expression takes center stage, serving as a powerful counterpoint to artificial intelligence and increasing standardization.
According to the Pantone Color Institute, designers this season are opting for a bold blend of familiar hues, vibrant touches, and soothing neutral tones, as the institute announced today in a press release.
"This season's colors allow for experimentation and enable us to express our own style," said Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone Color Institute, in a statement.
The five main colors highlighted by Pantone are:
- Acacia: a vibrant yellow with green undertones.
- Dusty Rose: a romantic, muted pink.
- Tea Rose: a feminine pink with a touch of red.
- Burnt Sienna: a rusty brown that evokes nature's regenerative power.
- Amaranth: a mysterious violet.
